The Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association announces the appointment of Mikhail Gagarkin as its representative in Basel
The Board of the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association has decided to admit Mykhailo Hagarkin, a lawyer, retired officer, and veteran of the Ukrainian-Russian war, to the Association. He was appointed as the official representative of the Association in Basel (Switzerland).
Mykhailo Gagarkin is a Policy Advisor, an expert in international relations and compliance with extensive experience in crisis management and a well-deserved reputation in the legal and financial fields. The combination of military and professional background gives him unique competencies to effectively develop international cooperation and represent the interests of the Ukrainian community abroad.
As part of his activities at the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association, Mr. Hagarkin will focus on:
- development of the Association in the regions of Germany, Austria and Switzerland;
- establishing cooperation with business communities and professional circles in Israel;
- promoting the EBA’s international initiatives and strategic projects;
- expanding the expert potential of Ukrainian representatives at the European level.
The head of the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association emphasized:
“We are confident that the involvement of Mr. Mykhailo Hagarkin will help strengthen the EBA’s position in the international arena. His experience and reputation will allow us to significantly expand the horizons of cooperation with European and Israeli partners, as well as to develop transparent and effective lobbying practices based on professionalism and trust.”
Commenting on his appointment, Mykhailo Hagarkin said:

The appointment of Mykhailo Hagarkin is part of the EBA’s systemic strategy to strengthen the international dimension of its activities and integrate Ukraine into the global professional community.
