Nazarii Volianskyi was appointed to the Board of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine
The Ukrainian Lobbyists Association welcomes an important personnel decision:
Nazarii Volianskyi, the Head of Development of the UNLA and the Association’s Representative in Poland, was appointed a member of the Board of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine.
The relevant decision was made by the Board of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine on December 5, 2025 and came into force on December 8. Nazarii Volianskyi’s candidacy was supported unanimously.
Strengthening international cooperation and strategic development
Despite his young age, Nazarii Volianskyi has extensive international experience in strategic communications, business development, and government relations. He actively works with partners in Ukraine, Poland, the EU and the US, as well as with financial institutions and leading corporations.
As a member of the Board of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine, Nazarii Volianskyi will head the relevant area of work aimed at:
- development of international cooperation;
- strengthening communications with foreign partners;
- Improving the institutional capacity of Ukrainian business;
- promoting the country’s economic recovery.
Other personnel decisions of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine
In the course of updating the management structure of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine, appointments were also announced:
Michael Shwartsman is a freelance advisor to the President of the Ukrainian Business Association Grigol Katamadze.
He is the President and Principal Analyst of American Business Valuation Group and a specialist with over 35 years of experience in business, risk and technology valuation.
Its activities will focus on:
- analyzing investment trends;
- creating a communication platform for corporate finance and investment;
- Preparing recommendations on the readiness of Ukrainian business to attract investment in the postwar period;
- strengthening cooperation with tax associations in the US, Europe and international partners.
Changes that strengthen Ukraine’s position
The unanimous decisions of the Board emphasize the strategic importance of the international work of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine and its partnerships. The appointment of Nazarii Volianskyi is a step towards strengthening the position of Ukrainian business in the global arena, developing international dialogue and supporting the economic recovery of our country.
