NALU and ULIE approve strategic plan for working with business for 2026

UNLA, ULIE and institutional partners approve a plan of work with business for 2026

With the participation of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ULIE), Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine and the Business Ombudsman Council, a strategic plan for working with business for 2026 was agreed and approved, involving professional lobbying tools.

During the event, Oleksiy Shevchuk, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association, emphasized the need to move from fragmented interaction between business and the state to a systemic model of regulatory policy formation with the participation of the expert community.

The approved plan envisages institutionalizing the participation of lobbyists in the preparation and support of regulatory decisions aimed at developing the business environment and improving the quality of public administration.

Key areas of work include:

  • development and expert support of legislative initiatives for the Parliament;
  • Implementation of educational and awareness programs for business on interaction with the authorities;
  • Developing practical mechanisms for communication between business, government institutions and the expert community.

The implementation of these areas is aimed at increasing the predictability of the regulatory environment, reducing administrative pressure on business, and ensuring more efficient implementation of state economic policy.

The Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association considers this cooperation as an element of the formation of an institutionally capable model of interest representation that meets the principles of transparency, professionalism and responsibility in the field of public policy.
