NALU and USPP prepare regulatory decisions to support the Ukrainian railroad industry

UNLA and ULIE are working on regulatory changes to protect Ukrainian railway rolling stock manufacturers

The Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association continues to actively work on a number of practical cases aimed at promoting effective regulations designed to protect Ukrainian business.

One of these areas is the preparation and support of documents in the field of protection of manufacturers and national operators of railway rolling stock. The Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association, together with the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, is working to ensure that the national manufacturer of railway rolling stock components is protected as much as possible at the level of state policy and bylaws.

We recognize that Ukraine’s withdrawal from a number of agreements that were in force within the CIS has become an objective necessity in the context of military aggression. At the same time, this has caused some chaos and gaps in the regulatory framework. That is why the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association, with the involvement of powerful scientific and expert potential, is actively working to ensure that these gaps are promptly eliminated and the national producer receives clear, modern and fair rules of operation.
