Oleksiy Shevchuk
He was born on July 13, 1985, in Kyiv.
Former Managing Partner of Advocate Association Barristers, Chairman of the Information Policy Committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association.
He specializes in criminal defense, constitutional and international law, and the protection of business and public figures. He is known for his participation in high-profile cases of Hennadiy Korban, Oleksandr Onyshchenko, Boryslav Rosenblatt, Vitaliy Klitschko, Oleh Bakhmatyuk, Yaroslav Dubnevych, and others.
He combines advocacy and research, is the author of articles and studies, and participates in international conferences. He is the founder of the Court Reporter media outlet, host of TV projects (DokaZ, Court Cases, Family Court, etc.), and author of the book DokaZ: Openly about the Government Bodies of Ukraine.
In 2022, during the full-scale invasion, he returned to service in the Armed Forces and headed the Coordination Center for the Delivery of Humanitarian Aid at the Lviv Military District Administration.
He has been awarded numerous honors: “Lawyer of the Year” (2018, 2019), the Orders of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker and St. George the Victorious, and the Medal of St. Michael the Archangel. He is included in the international rankings The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
Olha Prosyanyuk

She was born on January 1, 1981, in Vinnytsia. In 2004, she graduated from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine. She is one of the leading criminal and litigation lawyers in Ukraine, known for her practice in protecting the interests of public figures and businesses.
Her specialization includes defense in complex anti-corruption proceedings, corporate disputes, attempts at unlawful pressure, and attacks on honor, dignity, and business reputation. She has been repeatedly named among the leading women leaders in the legal profession who influence the development of the legal market. Her achievements in criminal practice have been recognized by many international and national ratings. Oleksandr Bondarchuk
Professional activity
From 2008 to the present, Oleksandr Bondarchuk has been the Managing Director of Absolute Law Firm. He specializes in insolvency and debt recovery, and maintains an active practice in antitrust law.
Oleksandr Bondarchuk actively cooperates with prominent companies such as JSC FUIB, JSC OTP Bank, JSC Olimp, Alef and so on.

Among the numerous awards Oleksandr Bondarchuk has received, the following should be highlighted:
- In 2008, he became a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
- In 2012, he received a certificate of Honour from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for his contribution to metallurgy.
- 2013 – received an Acknowledgment from the City Mayor of Dnipropetrovsk of Ukraine for professionalism.
- In 2018-2019, he became the head of the Financial and Tax Committee of the European Business Association of Dnipro.

Oleksandr Leshchenko
Oleksandr Leshchenko specializes in complex litigation, business protection, including WCC, and strategic management of legal processes. He possesses in-depth expertise in sanctions and corporate disputes, as well as in cases involving public service.
He combines his legal practice with research and teaching.
He is the author of a number of monographs and numerous articles in scientific and professional publications.

Oleksandr Chernykh
Born on March 19, 1981 in Kharkiv.
In 2002, he graduated with honors from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
He has been a lawyer since 2004.
He has worked as a head of legal departments in banks and has experience in international financial and banking projects. 2020-2022 Expert of the EU project “Pravo-Justice” on judicial reform.
Since 2021, he has been the Chairman of the Committee on Enforcement of Decisions of the Ukrainian National Bar Association.
In 2022, he graduated from the Ukrainian Catholic University’s American Politics and Government Program.
Since 2022, he has been a representative of the Ukrainian National Bar Association in the United Kingdom.
Secretary of the Cross Party Group on Economy and Business with Ukraine in Scottish Parliament since 2023.

Artem Samorodov
Lawyer, engineer, scientist, and president of the Zurich Institute for Global Strategies
Born on 09.06.1976 in Sevastopol.
Education: lawyer (2001, Yaroslav Mudriy National Law University, with honors), PhD in Law (2018, supervised by A. Hetman), LL.M. degree, Zurich University, International Business Law.
Work: Since 1997, he has been engaged in entrepreneurship, founding several companies and foundations in the fields of education, land management, research, and legal services. Since 2012, as a partner, advisor and attorney, he was working with major foundations, companies, services, and government agencies in the United States, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. He has his own business in Switzerland.
Civil service: Head of the Judicial Work Department of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (2010-2013), Deputy Head of the Regional Tax Service (2014-2015, winner of the competition), Advisor to the Head of the Kharkiv City Land Resources Department (2015-2017).
2019-2022 Senior Advisor to the President of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine (O. Petryshyn, sworn in as a judge of the Constitutional Court on September 21, 2022).
He has long-standing and deep connections in business, academic, and political circles in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, and Switzerland. He lives and works with his family in Zurich.
After the outbreak of war, he took an active and direct part in supplying the army, police, medical institutions, and residents of the eastern regions of Ukraine (90% in Kharkiv) with the necessary equipment, machinery, special means, generators, food, medicines, and clothing. As of July 2025, the total amount of aid sent to Ukraine in monetary terms exceeds EUR 5.5 million. In September 2022 and June 2023, he organized President Zelenskyy’s speeches at the University of Zurich. He has participated in and organized visits, forums, delegations, and events dedicated to assisting Ukraine and promoting Ukrainian interests in Switzerland and the European Union (WEF Davos, EnforceTac, URC Lugano, etc.).
