On October 22, 2025, the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association (UNLA) is pleased to announce that Nazarii Volianskyi will join the team of UNLA professionals as the UNLA Development Manager and the UNLA Representative in Poland.

This strategic decision is aimed at expanding the activities of the UNLA and strengthening international cooperation, especially with a key European partner. The appointment emphasizes the Association’s priority to develop transparent lobbying, advocacy of Ukraine’s interests and investment attraction.

KEY AREAS OF WORK OF NAZARIY VOLYANSKY:

1. Development of the Association and new educational programs (in particular, the course “LOBBYISM AND ADVOCACY”).

2. International advocacy and representation of the interests of the UNLA in Poland.

3. Strategic communications for transparent interaction between business, government and society.

Nazariy Volyansky is a renowned expert in Government Relations (GR), investment and strategic communications. His professional experience includes:

  • Director of GR at the Polish fuel and energy company UNIMOT S.A.
  • Head of the Representative Office of the Union of Polish Entrepreneurs and Employers in Ukraine.
  • Worked at UkraineInvest, where he was responsible for international campaigns and publications in the world’s leading media (Financial Times, BBC, WSJ).
  • Advisor to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.

The EBA emphasizes that his experience will be crucial for the formation of a new professional lobbying culture based on the principles of ethics and transparency.
