Oleksandr Chernykh joins the Victory Manifesto: GR professional community supports Ukraine's strategic vision

Vice President of the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association Oleksandr Chernykh joined the Manifesto of Ukrainian Victory

Vice President of the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association (UNLA) Oleksandr Chernykh officially supported the Manifesto, a policy document outlining the vision of Ukraine’s victory and further development of the state.

Oleksandr Chernykh represents the leading professional association of specialists in the field of Government Relations, advocacy and lobbying. The UNLA is systematically working to introduce transparent and ethical standards of interaction between business, the public and the government in Ukraine, as well as to create a civilized legal framework for the institution of lobbying. The participation of the Association’s leadership in supporting the Manifesto demonstrates the readiness of the professional community to participate directly in protecting national interests and shaping the country’s development strategy.

The signing took place in a significant context, as the document was made public on the anniversary of the December 1 referendum, symbolizing the continuity of the struggle for independence.

Key theses of the Manifesto

The document, initiated by Ukrainian intellectuals, military and civic activists, offers a realistic view of the end of the war. The authors reject the idea of “peace at any cost” and emphasize that true victory is a complex, multi-stage process.

The manifesto defines three vectors of victory:

1. Military dimension (Neutralization of the enemy): The goal is not just to deplete Russia, but to paralyze its ability to achieve military goals through technological superiority and innovation.

2. Political dimension (preservation of sovereignty): Final withdrawal from the “Russian world”, accession to the EU and NATO, and inadmissibility of concessions that threaten statehood.

3. Human dimension (successful Ukraine): Building a human-centered state where the rule of law, economic freedom and human capital development are prioritized.

The participants of the initiative emphasize: Ukraine should stop being a “problem” for the world and become part of a global security solution, turning into a “cornerstone of the new world.”
