Commentary by the head of the Dnipro regional branch of the UNLA

“Today, a new culture of interaction between society, government and business isbeing formed in Ukraine. And lobbying in this process should not be a tool of pressure, but a tool of responsible influence.

That is why we are laying the foundation for a professional environment based on the principles of ethics, trust and strategic thinking.

From now on, the cultural code of lobbying in Ukraine has its own definition – the 10 Commandments of a Lobbyist.

These are not just rules.

This is a philosophy:
influence without manipulation,
partnership without betrayal,
strategy without loss of humanity.

The true art of influence is when the result is achieved without pressure, but by creating conditions for the right decisions. And most importantly, influence should leave behind not benefit, but value. The kind that makes the world a little bit better,” said Pavlo Hez, head of the regional branch of the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association in Dnipro region.
