UNLA has joined the final stage of drafting regulations in the field of interoperability
The Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association has joined the final stage of developing the technical regulations and subordinate regulatory acts necessary for the implementation of legislation in the field of interoperability.
The association’s work in this area is coordinated by Oleksandr Rudakov, Chair of the UNLA Ethics Council, who is also responsible for the transportation sector at the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association. With his involvement, UNLA is actively participating in the development of a regulatory framework that will ensure the practical implementation of the law’s provisions and create conditions for effective cooperation between government institutions and industry stakeholders.
According to experts, it will take about three years to fully implement the provisions of the law. During this time, technical regulations must be developed and adopted, along with a set of subordinate regulatory acts that will define the mechanisms for implementing the new legal provisions in practice.
As part of this effort, the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association will collaborate with the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine to create a modern, effective, and balanced regulatory framework. This collaboration is intended to promote the implementation of transparent procedures, legal certainty, and greater effectiveness of public policy in the field of interoperability.
The UNLA emphasizes that the professional community’s participation in the drafting of subordinate legislation is a key prerequisite for the effective implementation of reforms. The Association will continue to actively participate in the development of regulatory decisions aimed at improving the regulatory environment and implementing modern European approaches in the relevant sectors.
