On May 20, 2026, at 13:00, an online seminar will be held on the topic: “Submission of a lobbying report to the Transparency Register: practical aspects and responsibilities”
The speaker of the event is Zahoruy Victoria.
The seminar will focus on practical issues of compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Lobbying” regarding reporting by lobbying entities, in particular:
- the procedure for submitting a lobbying report to the Transparency Register;
- information to be included in the report;
- submission of a “zero” report if no lobbying was carried out during the reporting period;
- peculiarities of filling out the report in case of lobbying;
- reporting deadlines;
- practice of bringing to justice in the field of lobbying;
- state supervision over compliance with lobbying legislation.
The seminar will be useful for lobbying entities and persons intending to acquire the status of a lobbying entity.
