The Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association wishes everyone a Happy Constitution Day of Ukraine

On June 28, Ukraine celebrates Constitution Day—a national holiday that symbolizes the affirmation of the rule of law, democracy, and human and civil rights and freedoms.

The Constitution of Ukraine is the foundation of Ukrainian statehood; it defines the principles governing the functioning of government bodies, guarantees the rights of citizens, and establishes the principles upon which a democratic society is built. It is precisely respect for the Constitution, the rule of law, and the principle of the supremacy of law that is the key to the development of a modern European state.

Constitution Day holds special significance for the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association. The development of transparent and professional lobbying is directly grounded in the constitutional principles of openness, legality, equality before the law, freedom of association, freedom of enterprise, and the right of citizens to participate in the management of public affairs.

UNLA is consistently working to foster a modern culture of advocacy in Ukraine, based on transparency, professional ethics, integrity, and accountability. We are convinced that open dialogue between the government, the business community, and civil society is an integral part of Ukraine’s democratic development and its European integration.
