Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association presents a training program for lobbyists
On October 6, 2025, the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association will present a training program for lobbyists at a meeting of the Board of Trustees at the UNIAN press center (4 Khreshchatyk St., Kyiv).
The program aims to create a system of professional training for lobbying specialists, and to set standards for ethical and transparent interaction between business, government, and civil society.
The participants of the meeting will discuss the concept of creating an educational and research program that should become the basis for the formation of a new professional community of lobbyists in Ukraine.
The meeting is attended by:
- Oleksiy Shevchuk is a doctoral candidate in law at the Ukrainian Free University (Munich) and the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law.
- Iryna Shapovalova is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association.
- Sergiy Kharytonov is the Head of the Department of Criminal Law Policy at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
- Sergiy Lysenko – Doctor of Law, Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Honorary Member of the London Academy of Sciences and Higher Education of the United Kingdom, Director of the IAPM Security Institute, combatant, holder of the Order for Courage, III degree.
- Yana Tsymbalenko – Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Practice of Management of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, PhD in Public Administration, authorized person for the prevention of corruption, Honored Education Worker of Ukraine, Academician of the Academy of Political and Legal Sciences, doctoral student at KNEU.
- Liudmyla Kozhura is a Doctor of Law, Professor, Director of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University Law Institute.
- Denys Hryzoglazov – PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Director of the A. Poruchyk Institute of Business Education at the KNEU.
- Rustam Kolesnyk is the project manager of Legal High School.
- Vitaliya Globa is the executive director of the Ukrainian National Lobbyists Association.
