Today, on May 20, 2026, an online seminar was held on the topic: “Submission of a lobbying report to the Transparency Register: Practical Aspects and Responsibilities”

The speaker at the event was Victoria Zagoruy.

During the seminar, the participants were explained the practical aspects of fulfilling the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Lobbying” regarding the submission of reports by lobbying entities. In particular, the procedure for submitting a lobbying report to the Transparency Register, the specifics of filling out the report, and the deadlines for submission were discussed.

Special attention was paid to the issues of liability for violation of lobbying legislation, the practice of bringing to justice, as well as state monitoring of compliance with the law.

The participants of the seminar had the opportunity to receive practical advice on the proper submission of reports and ask questions about the application of lobbying legislation.
